  • We accept payment through debit and credit card, Cashapp and Venmo

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

Order Acceptance

       Your order is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation email from me. I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork

      If you purchase custom or commissioned artwork:

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required.

  • All sales are final once the artwork is approved or delivered.

  • I reserve the right to refuse custom requests that contain offensive, infringing, or inappropriate material.​

Limitation of Liability

       To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jays Artwork8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of my site or products. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
