Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jays Artwork. I take pride in the quality and uniqueness of my artwork and aim for your complete satisfaction. Please read my return and refund policy carefully.

Refund Policy - the basics

Eligibility for Returns

I accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

  • The return request is made within [7–14 days] of delivery.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

I do not accept returns for:

  • Custom, commissioned, or personalized artwork

  • Digital downloads or non-physical items

  • Originals or limited editions sold as final sale (unless damaged)

  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at Jays.artwork01@gmail.com  with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (in case of damage or defect)

I will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.​

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

  • I recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.

  • Refunds

  • Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless I made an error or the item was damaged during shipping.

  • Exchanges

  • I only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact me within [7 days] of receiving your order.

  • Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
    Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Notify me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • I will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund

  • If your item is lost in transit, contact me and I will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
